STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products by YUMBIZZ, a brand of Gauranga Foods ("Company", "we", "our", "us") through the website www.yumbizz.com ("Website") and other approved sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Customer/You: Any person or entity purchasing products from Yumbizz.

  • Products: All food items, snacks, and related goods offered for sale.

  • Order: A purchase request submitted by the Customer.

  • Business Day: Any day other than Sundays or public holidays in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. Orders placed on behalf of a business represent that you have authority to bind that business.

3. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutritional values, and prices.

  • Images are for illustration purposes only; actual packaging may vary.

  • Due to the natural nature of food products, minor variations in taste, color, or texture may occur.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; the price charged will be the price at the time of order confirmation.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order constitutes an offer to purchase Products.

  • Orders are accepted only upon confirmation via email/SMS or dispatch of Products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods shown at checkout.

  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the timelines mentioned on the Website.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted unless the Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Eligible refunds/replacements must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Quality & Storage

  • Products should be stored as per instructions on the packaging.

  • We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and designs, is the property of Yumbizz/Gauranga Foods and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the Product purchased.

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or logistics disruptions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Gauranga Foods shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and will apply to future orders.
